Rental Revamp

We were approached by the owner for a quick turnaround revamp of their newly acquired holiday pad in Broadbeach. They had recently acquired the property with the intention of using it for fun family beach weekends and as a holiday let when not in use.

The client brief, a tight timeframe and even stricter budget. The apartment, located in a great spot minutes to the beach, was in desperate need of an update! After an onsite appraisal we advised where money best to be spent, for overall impact. Then helped them work through decisions on painting, flooring, bathroom updates with new tap ware and counter spraying, plus all new furniture and artwork purchases.

The client had the property updated and ready for rental in under 4 weeks!
